智能变电站SCD多维度校验技术研究

Research on Multi-dimensional Verification Technology of Intelligent Substation SCD

  • 摘要: 针对SCD校验比较单一,无法高效、全方位的排查SCD的配置问题,提出了一种智能变电站SCD多维度校验技术。通过研究SCD的模型信息,分析IED的命名原则、ICD的模型、通信参数的配置规则、虚回路连接原则,实现了SCD的IED命名规范性、ICD入网版本、通信参数、SCD的虚回路4个维度的校验。设计开发了智能变电站SCD多维度校验系统,并通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the SCD verification is relatively simple, and cannot efficiently and comprehensively troubleshoot the configuration problems of SCD, a multi-dimensional verification technology of intelligent substation SCD is proposed. By studying the model information of SCD, analyzing the naming principle of IED, the model of ICD, the configuration rule of communication parameters, and the virtual circuit connection principle, the verification of the four dimensions of SCD file's standardization of IED naming, network access version of ICD, communication parameters, and the virtual circuit of SCD is realized. The multi-dimensional verification technology of intelligent substation SCD is designed and developed, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example
