台湾省“303”大停电对继电保护的思考

Reflections on Relay Protection During "303" Power Outage in Taiwan, Province

  • 摘要: 2022年3月3日,台湾省发生大面积停电,影响用户数达549万。介绍台湾省电网概况、“303”事故过程,对比分析大陆电网和台湾省电网相关保护在“母差保护TA断线逻辑”“线路保护振荡闭锁逻辑”和“线路保护配置与整定”3方面的差别,并对大陆电网继电保护存在的不足提出改进措施。

     

    Abstract: On March 3, 2022, a massive power outage hit Taiwan, affecting 5.49 million users. In this paper, the overview of power grid in Taiwan province of China, the development process of "303" accident, comparative analysis of mainland power grid and Taiwan province power grid protectiont in "differential bus protection TA bolt logic", "line protection oscillation atresia logic" and "line protection configuration and setting" three aspects of difference, and the deficiency existing in the mainland grid relay protection improvement measures are proposed.
