主变差动保护动作故障分析

Analysis of Differential Protection Action of Main Transformer

  • 摘要: 主变差动电流保护是根据变压器两侧电流差而动作的保护装置,是继电保护中的一种,当变压器发生相间短路故障或者单相匝间短路故障时,差动电流大于差动保护的动作电流,将变压器各侧断路器跳开,将故障设备从电力系统中切除。以某35 kV变电站主变差动电流越限事故为例,深入分析了故障原因及改进措施等。

     

    Abstract: Transformer differential current protection is a type of relay protection that operates based on the current difference on both sides of the transformer. When a transformer experiences a phase to phase short circuit fault or a single-phase turn to turn short circuit fault, the differential current is greater than the set current of the differential protection. The protection trips the circuit breakers on each side of the transformer and removes the faulty equipment from the power system. This article takes the differential current exceeding limit accident of a 35 kV substation main transformer as an example to deeply analyze the fault causes and improvement measures.
