Study of the Quantitative Evaluation for Circuit Breaker’s State

  • 摘要: 断路器作为电网分布广、数量多的关键设备,其科学精益的运维检修是电网企业降本节支的重要支撑,能够有效提升设备效益、管理效益。文章基于数字化转型思路,强调对电力基础数据的利用,提出一种断路器状态三维评级模型,将设备属性分解为影响因素、概率等级、后果等级3类,从历史数据、严重性、问题整改等方面对设备状态进行量化评估,为断路器的科学管理提供数据支撑,力求在降低设备安全风险的同时,提升企业经营效益。

     

    Abstract: With wide distribution and large quantity in grid, circuit breaker has great demand for lean maintenance and operation, while increasing revenue and reducing expenditure for enterprises. Based on the idea of digital transformation, this paper emphasizes the utilization of grid data and proposes an evaluation model for circuit breaker’s state, establishing 3D properties for the device, as risk factor, probability and consequence. The model carries out quantitative assessment of the device’s state from historical data, accident severity, problem rectification and other aspects. The study aims to provide data support for the scientific maintenance and operation of circuit breaker, reduce safety risks and improve management benefit for grid enterprises.
