输电线路DB型调整板几何结构分析与优化设计方法的研究

Research on Geometric Structure Analysis and Optimal Design Method of DB Type Adjusting Plate of Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 输电线路中最常用的弧垂调整方法为人工调节DB型调整板连接孔的位置,其存在安全风险高、作业效率低的特点。通过研究DB型调整板连接孔尺寸和相对位置,在满足孔边距和材料强度、厚度的条件下,创建调整板象限几何设计方法,设计出便于人工调节、节省金具用料、作业安全可靠的调整孔连接方式,通过数学推导唯一确定调整板尺寸,得出符合设计规范的最优解。同时,为了实现安全、高效的目标,依据调整板的特性反复试验,创造性地提出一体化保护的设计理念,发明调整弧垂自带后备保护调整板,实现自带后备保护调整弧垂和快速高效调整线长,并由电力工业电力线路器材质量检验测试中心检验,符合行业使用标准。

     

    Abstract: The most commonly used sag adjustment method in transmission lines is to manually adjust the position of the connection hole of the DB-type adjusting plate, which has the characteristics of high safety risk and low operation efficiency. In this paper, by studying the size and relative position of the connecting holes of the DB-type adjusting plate, under the conditions of satisfying the hole margin, material strength and thickness, a geometric design method of the adjusting plate quadrant is established, and the design is convenient for manual adjustment, saving hardware materials, and safe and reliable operation. The adjustment hole connection method is determined by mathematical derivation, and the size of the adjusting plate is uniquely determined, and the optimal solution in line with the design specification is obtained. At the same time, in order to achieve the goal of safety and efficiency, according to the characteristics of the adjusting plate, the design concept of integrated protection was creatively proposed, and the adjusting plate with its own backup protection was invented to realize the adjustment of the sag with its own backup protection and fast and efficient. The line length is adjusted and tested by the power industry power line equipment quality inspection and testing center to meet the industry use standards.
