基于智能巡检机器人的输电线路运维管理工作研究

Research on the Operation and Maintenance Management of Transmission Lines Based on Intelligent Inspection Robots

  • 摘要: 输电线路人工巡检工作量大、风险较高、效益低,严重影响了电网运行的安全效益和经济效益。研究从智能巡检需求出发,设计一款适用于输电线路的全自主机器人,配合驻留巢穴、越障桥及防震锤,保障顺利跨障巡线。经现场检验,全自主机器人巡线仅需十几 min,故障识别可靠率达到96.4%,实用效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The manual inspection of transmission lines involves a large workload, high risks, and low efficiency, which seriously affects the safety and economic benefits of power grid operation. According to the requirements of intelligent inspection, design a fully autonomous robot suitable for transmission lines, combined with a resident nest, obstacle bridge, and shock hammer, to ensure smooth obstacle crossing inspection. After on-site inspection, the fully autonomous robot line inspection only takes more than ten minutes, and the reliability rate of fault identification reaches 96.4%, with significant practical benefits.
