Develop a Scheduling Intelligent Operation Ticket System Based on Programming

  • 摘要: 在电网结构日益强大,管辖设备日益增多,调度员工作繁重的背景下,操作票系统的编写和审核环节势必会增加调度员的工作负担,稍有不慎,可能造成带电合接地刀闸或带接地刀闸送电等严重误调度事故,影响电网的安全稳定运行。因此,课题建立了一款基于程序化的调度智能操作票系统,缩短调度操作票编写时长,减少调度操作票出错率,对提升调度员的工作效率、做好安全生产工作、加快智能化调度的发展、确保电力系统安全稳定运行有一定的推动作用。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the increasingly powerful power grid structure, the increasing number of jurisdictional equipment, and the increasingly heavy workload of dispatch personnel, the writing and review process of the operation ticket system is bound to increase the workload of dispatchers. A slight carelessness may cause serious misoperation accidents such as electrified grounding switch or power transmission with grounding switch, affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, this article establishes a programmable scheduling intelligent operation ticket system to shorten the writing time of scheduling operation tickets, reduce the error rate of scheduling operation tickets, improve the work efficiency of dispatchers, do a good job in safety production, accelerate the development of intelligent scheduling, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
