变电站直流系统绝缘故障分析与防范

Analysis and Prevention of Insulation Faults in Substation DC System

  • 摘要: 分析了变电站直流系统绝缘故障的危害和防范措施。首先,对某地市级供电公司近3年内发生的直流系统绝缘故障进行了统计分析,总结造成变电站直流系统绝缘故障的原因主要为直流支路二次电缆、辅助接点的绝缘老化破损和进水受潮。其次,以变电站发生的直流绝缘故障事件为例开展分析,剖析暴露的问题。最后针对各类故障原因提出相应的防范治理措施,提升变电站运行可靠性。

     

    Abstract: This article analyzes the hazards of insulation faults in the DC system of substations and proposes preventive measures. Firstly, a statistical analysis was conducted on the insulation faults of the DC system that occurred in a certain municipal power supply company in the past three years. The main causes of insulation faults in the DC system of the substation are aging, damage, and moisture in the insulation of the secondary cables and auxiliary contacts of the DC branch. Secondly, analyze the DC insulation faults that occurred in the substation. Finally, corresponding preventive and governance measures are proposed for various types of fault causes. Improve the reliability of substation operation.
