基于振动、场强信息的断路器三相不一致辨识方法

The Identification Method of Three Phase Inconsistent of Circuit Breaker Based on Vibration and Electric Field Intensity Information

  • 摘要: 220 kV及以上电网中采用分相操作机构的高压断路器在运行中可能出现三相位置不一致状态。常规的断路器三相不一致辨识方法仅能满足三相不一致保护的应用,难以外引辨识结果供其他系统共享,已不能满足当前变电站智能运检的实际需要。提出了一种基于振动、场强信息的三相不一致辨识新方法。首先,通过振动信号监测断路器分合闸时刻;进而通过电场强度U型曲线判断断路器是否处于三相不一致状态;最后,仿真及现场试验结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Three-phase inconsistent state can occurred in high voltage circuit breakers with the split-phase operating mechanism in the 220 kV and above voltage power grid. The traditional identification method of three phase inconsistent of circuit breaker can only meet the requirement of application of three-phase inconsistent protection and the identification results are difficult to be exported and shared by other systems that cannot meet the practical requirements of intelligent maintenance in substation currently. A novel identification method of three phase inconsistent of circuit breaker based on vibration and electric field intensity information is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the moment of opening/closing of circuit breakers is detected by the vibration signal. Moreover, whether the circuit breaker is in the three-phase inconsistent state is judged by employing the U-shaped curve of electric field intensity. Finally, simulation and field test results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
