基于模糊综合评价法的电网工程社会效益评估

Social Benefit Evaluation of Power Grid Project Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

  • 摘要: 模糊综合评价法的核心是依据隶属理论,将一些边界条件不清晰的、不易进行定量测算的元素转化为定量元素进行测算,进而得到评价结果,其评价结果能够系统全面、层次清晰地对多因素制约对象进行反映,用以解决非确定性问题。文章即采用模糊综合评价法,通过建立常规电网工程社会效益评价指标体系,同步确立各评价指标的权重以及他们的隶属度向量,搭建电网工程社会效益评估模型。最后,针对具体工程案例进行测算,得出结论。

     

    Abstract: According to the membership degree theory of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method transforms the qualitative evaluation into the quantitative evaluation. The result is clear and systematic. It can solve the fuzzy and difficult problems, and it is suitable for solving all kinds of uncertain problems. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build the social benefit evaluation index system of power grid engineering, and the weight vector is constructed by AHP to carry out the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the social benefits of specific project cases are evaluated and the conclusion is drawn.
