配电网三相负荷不平衡快速调整技术研究与应用

The Technical Research and Application of Rapid Adjustment of Three-phase Load Imbalance in Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 以计量自动化系统、营销系统数据为基础,以问题为导向提出了2种配变三相负荷不平衡的调整方案。并选取2台典型台区进行对比验证,结果表明均值调整法更适用于轻载配变,极值调整法更适用于重载配变的负荷调整。利用WPS表格将计算过程程序化,即将系统数据导入便可以模拟生成调整后的负荷运行状态图以及防过载状态图,并自动计算每相最佳调整值、调整区间,提升效率与推广使用。

     

    Abstract: Based on the data of the metering automation system and the marketing system, and problem-oriented, two three-phase load unbalance adjustment schemes of the distribution transformer are proposed. Two typical stations are selected for comparative verification. The results show that the mean value adjustment method is more suitable for light load distribution transformer and the extreme value adjustment method is more suitable for heavy load distribution transformer. Use WPS table to program the calculation process. That is, the system data can be imported to simulate the generation of the adjusted load operation state diagram and the anti-overload state diagram, and automatically calculate the optimal adjustment value and adjustment interval for each phase. Improve efficiency and promote use.
