  • 摘要: 在“双碳”、整县分布式光伏等相关政策的目标背景下,分布式新能源广泛建设,对分布式新能源规划的科学性提出更高的要求,有源配电网调度面临大规模分布式新能源参与后的运行管理问题,增大了电网运行管理的风险和难度,提高有源配电网的调控能力势在必行。文章筛选汇总了当前分布式光伏的并网方式及数据采集的多种方式,总结对比各种方式的适应场景,助力分布式光伏高比例有序并网。

     

    Abstract: Under the target background of "double carbon" and county wide distributed photovoltaic and other related policies, the extensive construction of distributed new energy puts forward higher requirements for the scientificity of distributed new energy planning. The active distribution network scheduling faces the operation and management problems after the participation of large-scale distributed new energy, which increases the risk and difficulty of power grid operation and management, and it is imperative to improve the regulation and control ability of active distribution network. This paper selects and summarizes the current grid connection methods of distributed photovoltaic and various methods of data acquisition, summarizes and compares the adaptation scenarios of various methods, and helps the orderly grid connection of distributed photovoltaic in a high proportion.
