Abstract: The project focuses on the company's action goal: "improve the typical wiring rate, the convertible power supply rate, and the effective coverage rate of distribution automation switch". On the basis of research and analysis of the problems in the distribution network in the county, the project try to find the "key move" to solve the current problems, that is, to optimize the distribution network structure and improve the level of equipment automation. Using the current most effective distribution network frame planning method, stick to the distribution automation practical and self-healing construction requirements, clear working ideas, namely combined with the "petal" distribution network management experience, through the new and extension of 10 kV main power supply line and reasonable configuration of distribution automation switch, complete the construction of the target network frame. In order to ensure the smooth realization of the goal and clarify the existing difficulties and challenges, the effective way to realize the goal is explored.
