  • 摘要: 以往的10 kV配网建设及检修工作常导致停电频繁、时间长等问题,从10 kV配网不停电作业技术原理入手,分析10 kV配网不停电作业几种常见的作业方法及应用情况,通过具体的应用案例分析,探讨10 kV配网不停电作业技术应用的具体方法及优势,有效解决以往10 kV配网传统停电作业法的弊端,具有良好的经济性及可靠性。为充分保障10 kV配网不停电作业法的应用效果,实现不停电作业目标,提出了优化管理模式、增强安全意识、提升管理水平的保障措施。

     

    Abstract: The previous 10 kV distribution network construction and maintenance work often led to frequent power outages, long time and other problems. Starting from the technical principle of 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted power operation, this paper analyzes several common operation methods and applications of 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted power operation. Through specific application case analysis, this paper discusses the specific methods and advantages of 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted power operation technology application, which can effectively solve the disadvantages of the traditional 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted power operation method, and has good economy and reliability. In order to fully guarantee the application effect of 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted power operation method, To achieve the goal of uninterrupted power operation, the safeguard measures are proposed to optimize the management mode, enhance the safety awareness and improve the management level.
