减少配网接地后故障隔离复电时间

Reduce the Power Supply Recovery Time of Distribution Network Grounding Fault Isolation

  • 摘要: 配电网的接地故障频繁发生,对年度配网接地故障处理过程详细分析,得出影响接地故障隔离复电时间主要原因为:线路开关自动化率低、小电流接地选线正确率低、拉路检查命中率低。通过制定基于线路状态评价优化的配网拉路序位表、推进小电流选线装置升级改造、提升分段开关自动化率三项对策,配网接地后故障隔离时间显著降低。

     

    Abstract: The grounding fault of the distribution network occurs frequently. Through detailed analysis of the annual grounding fault treatment process, it is concluded that the main reasons affecting the grounding fault isolation and power recovery time are: low automation rate of line switch, low accuracy rate of small current grounding line selection, and low hit rate of circuit pulling inspection. The fault isolation time after the grounding of the distribution network is significantly reduced by formulating three countermeasures, i.e., optimizing the distribution network routing sequence table based on the line state evaluation, promoting the upgrading and transformation of the small current line selection device, and improving the automation rate of the section switch..
