基于物联网的变电站加热器状态监测研究

Research on Condition Monitoring of Substation Heater Based on Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 加热器在变电站箱体中起着提高箱体温度、除湿、驱除凝露、除冰等作用,是保障整个供电系统运行的重要一环,由于柜体布局分散、监控困难、数据不能互通等问题,导致加热器的控制仍处于手动投切、人工检修的状态。对于加热器的运行状态不能实时监控和控制,文章提出通过在加热器的加热回路中串联电阻的方式研制出加热器状态监测模块,能够对加热器的运行状态实时监测,同时把运行数据上传给监控后台,通过监控后台能够远程控制加热器的投切动作。有效地解决了加热器故障排查困难、无法监控的问题,提高了运维人员检修的效率和安全性,对变电站加热器的研究设计工作提供了新的思路和方案,具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Heater in box substation plays an increased body temperature, moisture, and expulsion of condensation and deicing effect, the operation of the power supply system are an important part of, because of the cabinet put oneself in another's scattered layout, monitor, hard times, the data cannot be exchanged, causes the heater control still is in a state of manual cutting, artificial maintenance, for the running state of the heater can't real-time monitoring and control, In this paper, the heater condition monitoring module is developed by means of series resistance in the heater loop, which can monitor the running state of the heater in real time and upload the running data to the monitoring background, through which the switching action of the heater can be controlled remotely. It can effectively solve the problem of heater fault troubleshooting difficulty and unable to monitor, improve the efficiency and safety of maintenance personnel maintenance, and provide a new idea and scheme for the research and design of substation heater, which has important guiding significance.
