铝包钢芯耐热铝合金型线绞线在500 kV输电线路中的应用

Application of Aluminum-clad Steel Core Heat-resistant Aluminum Alloy Stranded Wire in 500 kV Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 文章结合广东某500 kV输电线路增容改造工程,对常用的增容导线进行综合比选分析,通过对4种增容导线的载流量、弧垂特性以及经济性进行分析比较,在500 kV线路工程中增容量达到50%时,铝包钢芯耐热铝合金型线绞线的载流量和弧垂均能满足线路增容要求,而且经济效益最优。

     

    Abstract: Combined with a 500 kV transmission line capacity expansion and reconstruction project in Guangdong, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of commonly used capacity expansion conductors. Through the analysis and comparison of the current carrying capacity, sag characteristics and economy of the four kinds of capacity increasing conductors. When the capacity increase reaches 50% in the 500 kV line project, the current carrying capacity and sag of aluminum-clad steel core heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded wire can meet the requirements of line capacity increase, and the economic benefit is optimal.
