新型有源配电网“集群调控”的探索与实践

  • 摘要: 临安区供电公司所辖区域分布式电站总共有79座,针对区地域特点和配电网配置情况,提出以“配电网分布式电站可视化”“绿色能源就地消纳”“应急处置能力提升”的三步走策略完成绿色分布式能源“集群调控”体系建设的目标。“集群调控”体系在试点的昌化流域和马啸流域,调度通过调节流域性水电出力及时间,消除了电网设备负荷尖峰时段可能导致的重载影响,有效缓解了电网的枢纽输电通道过负荷和用户集中用能供电设备“堵塞”问题,提高电源通道利用率。区域配变台区的供电稳定性得到提升,减少电网企业因个别时段高负荷而必须投入的电网升级建设费用,通过水电站的弹性发电来抵消用电企业的集中用电时段,平缓电网供电曲线。

     

    Abstract: There are 79 distributed power stations in Lin'an Power Supply Company. According to the terrain characteristics and distribution network situation in Lin'an, the three-step strategy of "visualization of distribution network distributed power stations", "local consumption of green energy" and "improvement of emergency response capability" is proposed to complete the goal of building a green distributed energy "cluster control" system. The "cluster control" system in the pilot Changhua River Basin and Mazhao River Basin eliminates the possible heavy load impact caused by the peak load period of power grid equipment by regulating the basin hydropower output and time. It has effectively alleviated the problem of overload of the hub transmission channel of the power grid and "blockage" of power supply equipment for centralized energy consumption by users. Improved power channel utilization. The power supply stability of the regional distribution substation area has been improved, reducing the power grid upgrading and construction costs that grid enterprises must invest due to high load in individual periods. The elastic power generation of hydropower stations can offset the concentrated power consumption period of power enterprises and smooth the power supply curve of the grid.
