基于北斗短报文通信的偏远海岛配网自动化建设新模式

The New Construction Mode for the Distribution Automation System of the Remoted Island on the BeiDou Short Message Communication

  • 摘要: 为了解决偏远海岛配网盲调问题,减少故障停电次数、停电范围,缩短故障抢修时间、停电时间,针对偏远小岛、偏僻地段等交通不便利或紧急情况下无法遥控隔离故障等难题,文章提出一种基于北斗短报文通信的偏远海岛配网自动化建设新模式,以舟山偏远海岛配网自动化建设为例,架空线整线部署基于北斗短报文通信的一、二次融合开关,将“三遥”信息接入新一代配电自动化主站系统,实现偏远海岛配网设备全天候监测和控制,加快故障线路研判、隔离。

     

    Abstract: According to the poor transportation system of the remote islands and locations or the problems such as the remote isolation failure in an emergency, the article puts forward an automated construction mode of the remote island distribution network based on the beidou communication in order to solve the blinding adjustment problem of the remote island distribution network and reduce the numbers and scopes of the power failure. The construction mode cuts down the time of emergency repair and power failure. It takes the automation construction of zhoushan remote Island distribution network as an example. The whole overhead line is equipped with primary and secondary fusion switches based on the beidou communication, and uses the technology of the beidou short message communication to connect the informations of the three remote to the new generation distribution automation master station system so as to realize the all-weather supervision and control of the remote island distribution network equipment and speed up the analysis and isolation of faulty lines.
