Analysis and Treatment of Air Leakage in the Air Chamber of the Grounding Knife on the Main Transformer Side of a 220 kV Switch

  • 摘要: 分析了一起220 kV开关主变侧接地闸刀气室漏气告警事件。介绍了GIS设备组成及SF6气体泄露的常见原因和影响。在本文案例中,某220 kV主变开关接地刀闸气室发生泄露故障,经过检查发现为绝缘法兰存在裂痕。为了分析事件原因,对故障部件的外观和材料进行分析,并分组进行研究试验,找出了可根本上防止绝缘法兰金属嵌件被腐蚀开裂的方法。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes an alarm event of air leakage in the air chamber of the grounding knife on the main transformer side of a 220 kV switch. The composition of GIS equipment and the common causes and effects of SF6 gas leakage are introduced. In the case of this article, a leakage fault occurred in the air chamber of the grounding knife brake of a 220 kV main transformer switch. After inspection, it was found that there was a crack in the insulating flange. In order to analyze the cause of the incident, the appearance and materials of the faulty components were analyzed, and research tests were conducted in groups, and a method to fundamentally prevent the corrosion and cracking of the insulating flange metal inserts was found.
