500 kV变电站某线流变接头发热异常分析

Analysis of Abnormal Heating of Current Transformer Joint in a 500 kV Substation

  • 摘要: 分析了一起500 kV变电站流变接头发热异常事件,通过运维管控、机器人测温、检修计划管理等手段,对流变接头发热异常进行跟踪监视,最后通过合理利用停电计划,对故障进行处理。通过该异常事件,提出了4项改进措施,科学合理地提高变电站设备的缺陷处理和检修策略能力。

     

    Abstract: An abnormal heating event of rheological joint in 500 kV substation is analyzed. Through operation and maintenance control, robot temperature measurement, maintenance plan management and other means, the abnormal heating of rheological joints is tracked and monitored. Finally, the failure is dealt with by making rational use of the outage plan. Through this abnormal event, four improvement measures are proposed, which scientifically and reasonably improve the ability of defect handling and maintenance strategy of substation equipment.
