Calculation and Analysis of Error Electricity Quantity Caused by Measurement Error Due to Voltage Switching Relay Failure

  • 摘要: 关口电能计量装置的准确运行直接关系到电量贸易结算的准确性,除考虑关口电能表、计量用互感器和计量二次回路的准确度,电压切换继电器能否正常运行也影响着计量的准确性。以一起典型的因电压切换继电器故障导致计量失准的案例为切入点,深入分析事件过程和产生的原因及导致的结果,并采用电量平衡法和更正系数法进行差错电量计算。结合事件本身,分析了2种计算方法的误差情况,为类似故障导致计量失准须进行差错电量计算的情况提供重要参考。

     

    Abstract: The accurate operation of gateway electric energy metering device is directly related to the accuracy of electricity trade settlement. In addition to the accuracy of gateway watt hour meter, metering transformer and metering secondary circuit, the normal operation of voltage switching relay also affects the accuracy of metering. Taking a typical case of metering inaccuracy caused by voltage switching relay failure as an example, the event process, causes and results are analyzed in depth. The electricity quantity balance method and correction coefficient method are used to calculate the error electricity quantity. Combined with the event itself, the errors of the two calculation methods are analyzed. It provides an important reference for the calculation of wrong electricity quantity due to measurement inaccuracy caused by similar faults.
