剩余电流动作断路器动作特性自动检测装置设计与应用

Design and Application of Automatic Detection Device for Action Characteristics of Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker

  • 摘要: 剩余电流动作断路器根据行业规程规定,每月定期操作试验按钮,检查其动作特性是否正常,雷击活动期和用电高峰期应增加试验次数。而目前动作特性试验需2名运维人员现场操作,目测或手持专用测试仪器判断故障隐患,存在检测技术落后,检测正确率低,运维成本高以及人身安全隐患等问题。

     

    Abstract: According to the industrial regulations, the residual current operated circuit breaker shall operate the test button regularly every month to check whether its action characteristics are normal. The number of tests shall be increased during the lightning activity period and peak power consumption period. At present, two operation and maintenance personnel are required to conduct the action characteristic test on site. Visually inspect or hold the special test instrument to determine the hidden trouble. There are problems such as backward detection technology, low detection accuracy, high operation and maintenance costs, and personal safety.
