提高低压台区采集线损合格率

Improve the Qualification Rate of Line Loss Collection in Low Voltage Substation Area

  • 摘要: 低压台区采集线损合格率是供电企业的一项重要经济技术指标,也是衡量企业综合管理水平的重要指标,小组经过现场调查得出电能表采集成功率低,是影响低压台区采集线损合格率的症结所在。通过关联图找出5条末端因素,并进行逐条确认。针对电能表没有冻结数,通过制定消缺巡视的方法极力保证0:00的供电;针对模块混装,小组改进更换模块流程保证同一台区内模块类型一致;针对高频信号干扰问题,小组采用屏蔽高频信号加强自身通信信号的方法。对策实施后进行效果检查,电能表采集成功率由原来的78%提高到了99%,解决了电能表采集成功率低这个症结。

     

    Abstract: The qualification rate of line loss collection in low-voltage substation area is an important economic and technical indicator of power supply enterprises, and also an important indicator to measure the comprehensive management level of enterprises. After field investigation, the team found that the success rate of electricity meter collection was low, which was the crux of affecting the qualification rate of line loss collection in low-voltage substation area. Find out 5 end factors through the association diagram and confirm them one by one. In view of the fact that the electric energy meter has no frozen number, the method of defect elimination patrol inspection is formulated to ensure the power supply at point 0; For mixed module installation, improve the module replacement process to ensure that the module types in the same substation area are consistent; For the interference of high frequency signal, the method of shielding high frequency signal to strengthen self communication signal is adopted. Check the effect after the implementation of the countermeasures. The success rate of energy meter collection has increased from 78% to 99%. The problem of low collection success rate of electric energy meter is solved.
