Simulation Analysis of 10 kV Overhead Lightning Wire Installation Frame Structure

  • 摘要: 早期国内配电线路在设计和建设期间均未考虑避雷线,随着各地供电企业对供电可靠性要求不断提高,10 kV及以下电压等级遭受雷害的事故事件愈发受到关注。更换避雷线安装架并对其结构的安全性验证迫在眉睫。对10 kV架空避雷线安装架进行设计分析,使用SolidWorks进行三维建模并使用Simulation模块进行结构力学分析,验证了在该设计下结构的安全稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In the early stage, the lightning wire was not considered in the design and construction of distribution lines. With the continuous improvement of power supply reliability requirements of local power supply enterprises, the accidents of lightning damage to voltage levels of 10 kV and below have attracted more and more attention. It is urgent to replace the lightning wire mounting frame and verify the safety of its structure. In this paper, the design and analysis of the installation frame of 10 kV overhead lightning line are carried out, and the three-dimensional modeling is carried out by SolidWorks, and the structural mechanics analysis is carried out by simulation module, which verifies the safety and stability of the structure under this design.
