220 kV变电站智能化技术改造方案研究

The Intelligent Control Technology Method of 220 kV Substation

  • 摘要: 内蒙古电网一座220 kV数字化变电站运行年久,设备运行可靠性降低,对其进行了智能化技术改造,分析探讨了变电站智能化改造的关键技术、过程管理和解决方案,组建了“三层两网”(站控层、间隔层、过程层、站控层网络、过程层网络)的智能化框架,采用最优化的组屏方案,以全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基础,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、计量和监测,并可根据需要支持电网实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策、协同互动等高级功能,有效地提升了数字化变电站的运行可靠性。

     

    Abstract: A 220 kV digital substation in Inner Mongolia Power Grid has been operating for a long time, and the reliability of equipment operation has been reduced. The intelligent technology transformation has been carried out. The key technologies, process management and solutions for the intelligent transformation of the substation have been analyzed and discussed. The intelligent framework of "three layers and two networks" (station control layer, bay layer, process layer, station control layer network, process layer network) has been established. The optimized screen formation scheme has been adopted to digitize the information of the whole station. Based on networking of communication platform and standardization of information sharing, it can automatically complete information collection, measurement, control, protection, metering and monitoring, and can support advanced functions such as real-time automatic control, intelligent regulation, online analysis and decision-making, and collaborative interaction of power grid as required, effectively improving the operation reliability of digital substation.
