Abstract:
In the replacement of tension insulators for overhead transmission lines, the traditional bottle holder tied with ropes is not convenient for the removal and installation of insulators, resulting in low maintenance efficiency.Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new type of adjustable bottle holder fixing device.Calculate the stress of overhead line tension insulator and determine the load strength of the device.Calculate the over traction force of the replaced tension insulator, and determine the compressive and bending strength of the device.According to the force and material mechanical properties, the material of the device is selected, and a new type of adjustable bottle holder fixing device is designed.The practical application results show that the device developed in this paper only takes 30 minutes to replace the tension insulator of overhead lines, and the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved.
