更换架空线路耐张绝缘子托瓶架固定装置的研制

Development of the Bottle Holder Fixing Device for Replacing Tension Insulators on Overhead Lines

  • 摘要: 在架空输电线路耐张绝缘子更换作业中,采用绳子扎绑的传统托瓶架不便于绝缘子的取出和装入,导致检修效率较低,因此须研制一种新型可调节的托瓶架固定装置。计算架空线路耐张绝缘子受力,确定装置荷载强度,计算更换耐张绝缘子过牵引力,确定装置抗压、抗弯强度,根据受力与材料机械性能选择制作装置的材料,设计一种新型可调节托瓶架固定装置。实际应用结果表明,通过研制的装置,更换架空线路耐张绝缘子用时仅为30 min,检修作业效率大大提高。

     

    Abstract: In the replacement of tension insulators for overhead transmission lines, the traditional bottle holder tied with ropes is not convenient for the removal and installation of insulators, resulting in low maintenance efficiency.Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new type of adjustable bottle holder fixing device.Calculate the stress of overhead line tension insulator and determine the load strength of the device.Calculate the over traction force of the replaced tension insulator, and determine the compressive and bending strength of the device.According to the force and material mechanical properties, the material of the device is selected, and a new type of adjustable bottle holder fixing device is designed.The practical application results show that the device developed in this paper only takes 30 minutes to replace the tension insulator of overhead lines, and the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved.
