Abstract:
With the development of the electric vehicle industry, the disorderly charging of a large number of electric vehicles has a negative impact on the safe and stable operation of the urban distribution network. Therefore, in order to solve the adverse impact of disorderly charging of electric vehicles on the safe operation and economy of distribution network in cities, the author proposes an orderly charging strategy of electric vehicles based on grid time-of-use price.Firstly, the relationship between grid TOU price and the demand response behavior of EV owners is analyzed; Secondly, based on the influence of grid TOU price on the charging behavior of vehicle owners, the orderly charging model of electric vehicles is established according to the results of grid division and load forecasting; Finally, it is verified by case simulation. The simulation results show that the strategy can achieve a win-win situation between supply and demand, reduce the peak valley difference of distribution network and take into account the charging economy of vehicle owners.
