Abstract: With the continuous improvement of informatization and intelligence, the hydropower company, with the construction goal of "full coverage, full acquisition and full cost control", combines the real-time cost control system with the electricity information acquisition system to build a smooth information interaction and processing mechanism.The remote control technology of intelligent terminal is the key link to achieve stable cost control. The rapid response and reliable action of various electric energy meters and circuit breakers installed at low-voltage user side are particularly important.This paper mainly discusses the integration of optimized and innovative remote control technology of field equipment with the background master station of cost control system on the basis of common cost control technology to improve the success rate and reliability of cost control equipment operation, demonstrate the superior performance of this technology in application.
