Abstract:
As an important equipment to ensure the safe operation of the power grid, the high-voltage circuit breaker mainly plays the role of control and protection equipment. With the increase of use time, the failure problems such as mechanical structure, contact wear, and opening and closing secondary mechanism become increasingly prominent.Such problems lead to the aging and damage of circuit breaker related components, causing the circuit breaker to operate abnormally, and even affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid..Therefore, this paper establishes the life cycle model of the mechanical parts of the high-voltage circuit breaker.Through this model, the remaining life cycle of the circuit breaker can be predicted more accurately, which can help the maintenance personnel to find the hidden dangers of the high-voltage circuit breaker in time, eliminate the hidden dangers from the root, and play a preventive role.Before it happens; maintenance personnel can judge whether the high-voltage circuit breaker needs to be replaced based on the results of the life cycle model, so as to reduce the user's power outage time as much as possible, and improve the equipment utilization rate to save costs.
