基于行业特征的高压用户用电量异常诊断

Abnormal Diagnose of Electricity Consumption of High-voltage Power Users Based on Industry Characteristics

  • 摘要: 从用户行业特征出发,建立了一套深入挖掘用户用电侧数据和电网运行数据的计算模型,提出了一种用户用电量计量异常诊断算法。引进评价因子,对同行业间用户用电情况、用户月用电量数据异动情况以及对配电网线损情况进行比对分析,层层递推对用户用电量异常嫌疑度进行评价,从而锁定10 kV高压用户中的电量异常嫌疑用户范围,提升现场用电检查的针对性。首先详细介绍了各种评价因子的计算模型以及重点排查用户的确定方法,然后选取某供电所300多户高压用户开展算例分析,通过实践证明文章提出的算法是有效的。

     

    Abstract: This paper establishes a calculation model which excavates data of power users'electricity consumption and power grid operation state and proposes a diagnose method of abnormal electricity consumption metering from the perspective of industry characteristics.By applying evaluation factors to the algorithm model, 10 kV power consumption of a same industry is analyzed and unusual symptoms of individual user's monthly power consumption level is captured.What's more, line loss of related power distribution system is checked. As a result, the range of suspected users are shrunk.By this means, the efficiency of the inspection work is lifted.This paper firstly introduces the model of various evaluation factors, and then chooses more than 300 households power users to analyze, and confirms the validity of the proposed algorithm in the end.
