一种双层双变压器箱式变电站的设计及应用

Design and Application of a Double Deck Double Transformer Box Type Substation

  • 摘要: 提出了双层双变压器箱式变电站设计方案,评估了变压器在二层位置的安装稳固性以及变压器维护方便程度,方案的经济效益明显,与功能一致的配置两台普通的单层箱式变电站(欧变)相比,双层双变压器结构的箱式变电站占地面积减少41%,减少42%土地占用资源,产品体积小,重量轻,减少50%安装、运输成本。同时,文章结合更高能效的变压器设计及光伏顶盖,带来更多的经济效益,为小型化箱式变电站的设计带来了可借鉴的新思路。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a design scheme of double deck double transformer box type substation.The stability of transformer installation on the second floor and the convenience of transformer maintenance are evaluated.The economic benefits of the scheme are obvious. Compared with two ordinary single-layer box type substations (European transformer substation) with the same function, the box type substation with double-layer and double transformers structure has a 41%reduction in floor area and a 42%reduction in land resource occupation.The product is small in size and light in weight.The installation and transportation costs are reduced by 50%.At the same time, more economic benefits will be brought by combining the transformer design with higher energy efficiency and photovoltaic top cover. It brings a new idea for the design of small-sized box type substation.
