北京地区某220 kV线路风偏故障分析

Analysis of Wind Deflection Fault of A 220 kV Line in Beijing

  • 摘要: 国网北京检修公司所辖线路某220 kV线路发生掉闸事故,结合故障录波数据及现场情况,初步判断为风偏故障。考虑线路故障时对线路空气击穿放电距离的影响,结合温度、风速等因素,分析杆塔塔型设计、风速、绝缘子串数等参数对线路风偏的影响,对事故发生时风偏角进行测算,综合分析线路故障原因。进一步分析了风力、导线荷载、绝缘子串受力面积、对风偏角度的影响。最后对极端天气下线路风偏危害的防治,提出了几点措施。

     

    Abstract: The tripping accident of a 220 kV line maintained by State Grid Beijing Overhaul Company was preliminarily judged to be caused by wind deviation in combination with fault recording data and field conditions. Considering the air breakdown discharge distance, temperature, wind speed and other factors, analyze the impact of tower type, insulator string number and other parameters on the line wind deflection, calculate the wind deflection angle when the fault occurs, and comprehensively analyze the cause of the line fault. This paper further analyzes the influence of wind force, conductor load and stress area of insulator string on wind deflection angle. Finally, some measures are put forward to prevent and control the harm of line wind deviation in extreme weather.
