计及新能源消纳的县域电网侧储能削峰填谷优化策略研究

Study on Optimization Strategy for Peak and Valley Filling of the County Grid-Side Energy Storage Considering the Consumption of New Energy

  • 摘要: 随着新能源渗透率不断提高,给电网调峰调频、无功补偿等方面带来了重大影响,储能电站调峰平衡是电网安全稳定运行的基本问题之一。文章通过某电网侧储能电站的运行数据积累,深入分析储能与新能源特性,利用储能系统双向功率特性和灵活调节能力,积极开展储能电站参与电网削峰填谷优化策略研究,基于MATLAB仿真平台,建立“新能源+储能”优化调度模型,并提出储能参与电网削峰填谷评价指标体系,通过对优化调度模型的仿真分析,表明所提出的调度模型能够充分发挥储能综合效益,有效缓解新能源反调峰带来的压力,提升电网风电、光伏等新能源发电的可控性和渗透率。

     

    Abstract: At present, with the increasing penetration of new energy in the grid, it has a significant impact on the peak regulation and frequency modulation, reactive power compensation and other aspects of the grid. The peak regulation balance of energy storage station is one of the basic problems for the safe and stable operation of the grid. In this paper, based on the operation data accumulation of the grid-side energy storage station, analyzing the characteristics of energy storage and new energy, and making use of the bidirectional power characteristics and flexible regulation ability of the energy storage system. Actively studying on optimization strategy for peak and valley filling of the county grid-side energy storage, based on MATLAB simulation platform, establishing new energy and energy storage optimization scheduling model, and putting forward the evaluation index system for energy storage, analysing on the optimal operation model through the simulation, showing that the proposed scheduling model can give full play to the comprehensive benefit of energy storage, Effectively relieving the pressure by new energy peak back regulation, and improving the controllability and penetration of new energy power generation such as wind power and photovoltaic power.
