浅析10 kV电缆故障及运行维护措施

Analysis of 10 kV Cable Faults and Operation and Maintenance Measures

  • 摘要: 10 kV电缆若发生故障,将会严重影响用户的用电体验。分析10 kV电缆故障原因,包括线路升温造成故障、过流保护不够灵敏、电缆外护套穿孔、电缆受到外力破坏、断路与接地故障等,并根据故障提出相应的解决措施,如加强用电负荷与温度监测、电缆绝缘检测与腐蚀监测、10 kV电缆敷设质量验收等。

     

    Abstract: If the 10kV cable fails in use, it will seriously affect the user's electricity experience.The causes of 10kV cable fault mainly include:line temperature rise, insufficient sensitivity of overcurrent protection, perforation of cable outer sheath, cable damage by external force, open circuit and grounding fault.Put forward corresponding solutions according to different faults, mainly including:strengthening power load and temperature monitoring, cable insulation detection and corrosion monitoring, 10kV cable laying quality acceptance, etc.
