基于小型水电站继电保护动作时限配合引起的改造方案探讨

Discussion on Renovation Scheme Based on Time Limit Coordination of Relay Protection Operation of Small Hydro-station

  • 摘要: 小型水电站发电机的复合电压启动的过电流保护作为后备保护,其保护动作时限整定须要与上一级元件后备保护的最大动作时限配合加一个时限级差,因此整定时限较长。若发生外部事故须要启动该后备保护动作,长时间的事故持续对机组运行不利,因此对电气一次设备和枢纽布置上改造升级,在保障电网继电保护动作选择性的前提下,灵活、合理配置各回路的继电保护装置,使每个电气元件都在主保护的范围内,保障水电站整体运行的安全性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Small hydro-generator of the over-current protection with compound voltage start as backup protection, the protection operation time limit setting need to cooperate with the biggest action time of the next component backup protection, adding a time limit, so the setting time is longer.if need to start the backup protection action, prolonged accidents are detrimental to unit operation, therefore, renovating and upgrading the electrical equipment and generallayout, on the premise of ensuring the selectivity of relay protection action of the power grid, it should be flexible and reasonable to configure relay protection devices of each circuit, so that each electrical component can be within the scope of the primary protection to ensure the safety and stability of the overall operation of the hydro-station.
