提高35 kV电压互感器高压熔断器熔体更换效率

Improve Melt Replacement Efficiency of High Voltage Fuse of 35 kV Voltage Transformer

  • 摘要: RW10-3510.5型35 kV TV高压熔断器在我公司应用率高,由于该高压熔断器的结构及安装方式,导致该高压熔断器烧毁后,在更换熔体管过程中至少需要两人相互配合登高去更换熔体管,整个更换过程不仅费时、费力、作业强度大,还会因停电对优质供电服务产生影响;针对此问题,分析了传统RW10-3510.5型高压熔断器更换熔体管的方法及存在问题,然后通过分析原因对传统35 kV TV高压熔断器结构及安装方式进行改进,最后改进后的高压熔断器在110 kV打柴沟变电站进行应用,通过应用后发现,改进后的高压熔断器可在不停电方式下更换熔体管,有效简化了作业流程,降低了劳动强度,提高了熔体更换效率。

     

    Abstract: RW10-3510.5 type 35 kV TV high voltage fuse has a high application rate in our company.Due to the structure and installation method of the high-voltage fuse, after the high-voltage fuse is burnt out, at least two people need to cooperate with each other to replace the melt tube in the process of replacing the melt tube.The whole replacement process is not only time-consuming, laborious and intensive, but also has an impact on high-quality power supply service due to power failure.To solve this problem, the method and existing problems of replacing the melt tube of the traditional rw10-3510.5 high voltage fuse are analyzed.Then the traditional 35 kV TV high-voltage fuse structure and installation method are improved by analyzing the causes.Finally, the improved high-voltage fuse is applied in 110 kV Dachaigou substation.After application, it is found that the improved high-voltage fuse can replace the melt tube without power failure.The operation process is effectively simplified, the labor intensity is reduced, and the melt replacement efficiency is improved.
