变电站防误解锁钥匙管理系统

Key Management System for Preventing Mistaken Unlock in Substation

  • 摘要: 针对目前变电站在防误解锁过程中出现的问题,在分析目前变电站解锁钥匙管理的方式前提下,设计一套新型的防误解锁钥匙管理系统。该系统由现场防误解锁钥匙管理柜和远程后台所组成,实现钥匙的现场锁存、解锁密码的随机生成并由防误解锁批准人掌握的方式,使得现场解锁处于有批准、有监护状态下,实现现场解锁的可控性,提高变电站现场运行的安全性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems in the process of anti misunlocking of substations at present, a new anti misunlocking key management system is designed according to the current mode of substation unlocking key management.The system is composed of on-site anti misunlock key management cabinet and remote background.It realizes the on-site locking of the key, the random generation of the unlocking password and the control of the anti misunlocking approver.Make on-site unlocking under approval and supervision.Realize the controllability of on-site unlocking.Improve the safety of substation on-site operation.
