某220 kV变电站线路开关遥控合闸故障分析

Analysis of a Failure of Remote Closing of 220 kV Substation Line Switch

  • 摘要: 分析了一起某220 kV变电站线路开关遥控合闸失败的故障,说明了故障的过程与故障的排查方法,并结合电气原理全方位地分析了可能出现故障的原因,根据排查情况确定最终故障原因。由于本次开关仅处理了弹簧机构轴承轴销更换、机构凸轮间隙测量、断路器特性试验,未动及二次回路,因此在工作终结的验收中未在后台对开关进行遥控试分合,针对这些问题,提出应加强验收相关要求的宣贯,后续凡涉及与开并机构有关的检修作业,提出工作终结前应进行一次遥控分合闸试验等一些合理化建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes in detail a failure of remote closing of 220 kV substation line switch.The failure process and troubleshooting method are described, and the possible causes of failure are analyzed comprehensively in combination with the electrical principle.Determine the final fault cause according to the troubleshooting.Since the spring mechanism bearing pin, mechanism cam clearance measurement, circuit breaker characteristic test, untouched and secondary circuit are only replaced in this switch.Therefore, in the acceptance at the end of the work, the switch was not remotely opened and closed in the background.In view of this situation, it is proposed that relevant requirements for acceptance should be strengthened, and a reasonable suggestion that a remote opening and closing test should be carried out before the end of the subsequent maintenance work involving the opening and paralleling mechanism.
