Modeling and Application of Digital Twin Substation

  • 摘要: 随电力建设及改造项目日益增多,现行系统无法直观展示站内实际布局、有效测绘测距,指导施工方案编审有限。对变电站进行空间孪生建模,利用3D建模软件,实现模型中一键测距、全景环绕等功能减少编制人员前往站内频次,宏观展示环节指导优化多班组作业区轮转及相关安全措施布置。提升施工方案编制讨论环节各部门沟通效率,对施工细节直观展现,对潜在施工安全隐患抓早抓小,提高生产工作质效。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing number of power construction and renovation projects, the current system cannot visually display the actual layout of the station, effectively survey and map distance measurement, and guide the construction plan compilation and review is limited.Perform spatial twin modeling of substations, and use 3D modeling software to realize one-key ranging, panoramic surround and other functions in the model to reduce the frequency of staff going to the station.Improve the communication efficiency of various departments in the construction plan preparation and discussion link, visualize the construction details, and focus on potential construction safety hazards as early as possible, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of production work.
