台湾省303大停电后面向新型电力系统建设的思考与建议

Reflections and Suggestions on the Construction of New Power System After 303 Blackout in Taiwan Province

  • 摘要: 以台湾省303大停电发生过程及产生影响为基础,分析大停电产生的原因及暴露问题,结合当前台湾省电力系统存在隐患,从电源集中度、网架坚强度、保护及安自装置配合、备用容量、人员培训5个方面提出未来台湾省新型电力系统建设建议,为国家对台各方面准备提供帮助,也为统一后的台湾省电力建设方向提供参考。

     

    Abstract: 303 blackouts happened in Taiwan Province process and effect as the foundation, to analyze the causes of blackouts and exposed problems, combining with the current Taiwan power system exist hidden dangers, suggestions on the construction of Taiwan Province's new electric power system in the future are put forward from five aspects of power supply concentration, grid strength, protection and self-protection device coordination, spare capacity, and personnel training, to provide help for the preparation of Taiwan Province's various aspects, and to provide reference for the direction of Taiwan's electric power construction after reunification.
