架空输电线路“空天地”山火多维监测技术方案

Technology Scheme on Wildfire Multidimensional Monitoring of Overhead Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 近年来,我国森林火灾频发,给国民经济和人民群众安全造成严重影响。基于卫星的山火监测技术、可见光与红外光监控技术、无人机火情勘查技术等提出山火多维监测方案,从多种时空维度阐述空天地立体山火监测预警技术体系,促进山火准确预警与快速相应机制建立,推动电网安全运行相关管理制度完善,为电网防山火工作提供支撑。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, forest fires in China have occurred frequently, which has seriously affected the national economy and the safety of the people.Based on satellite wildfire monitoring technology, visible light and infrared light monitoring technology, and unmanned aerial vehicle fire investigation technology, this paper proposes a multi-dimensional monitoring scheme for wildfire, expounds the space-space three-dimensional hill fire monitoring and early warning technology system from multiple space-time dimensions, promotes the establishment of accurate early warning and rapid response mechanism for hill fire, promotes the improvement of relevant management systems for safe operation of power grid, and provides support for the work of preventing hill fire in power grid.
