提高10 kV配网开关状态正确率

Improve the Status Accuracy of 10 kV Distribution Network Switch in Gaochun

  • 摘要: 当前南京市高淳区配网线路中依然存在大量的非自动化设备,这直接造成供电调度、运方及线路运行人员无法对配网非自动化开关状态进行正确地掌控。随着配网日益发展,网架日益复杂,为了确保电网运行安全,必须通过管理手段对配网设备的状态进行精益化管理。目前配网D5200系统中,高淳区配网单线图已经应用,对运行方式的安排、调度停复役操作带来很大的便利。但配网非自动化开关操作后须进行人工置位,存在配网图开关状态错误的风险,因此提高配网开关位置状态正确性,对于正确安排运行方式、正确进行配网操作十分重要。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are still a large number of non automatic equipment in the distribution network of Gaochun District, Nanjing. This directly causes the power supply dispatching and line operators to be unable to correctly control the non automatic switch status of the distribution network. With the development of the distribution network and the complexity of the grid, in order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid, the state of the distribution network equipment must be lean managed by management means. Now in the distribution network D5200 system, the single line diagram of the distribution network in Gaochun district has been applied. It brings great convenience to the arrangement of operation mode and the dispatching of shutdown and resumption of service. However, the non automatic switch of distribution network shall be manually set after operation. There is a risk that the switch status of the distribution network diagram is wrong. Therefore, it is very important to improve the correctness of the position and state of the distribution network switch for the correct arrangement of the operation mode and the correct operation of the distribution network.
