变电站智能巡检机器人巡视路线优化

Optimization of Inspection Route of Intelligent Inspection Robot in Substation

  • 摘要: 通过分析变电站智能巡检机器人在实际使用过程中的路线选择中存在的问题,对智能巡检机器人路线的改进,使其在事故应急状态下,能够快速找到最优路径,到达目标设备进行各项信息的采集。利用现有变电站内的电缆盖板路线或新增合适空间的路线,丰富智能巡检机器人的路线选择,当其在机器人房中待命或在指令任务执行过程中,接收到事故应急处理相关指令时,能够就近选择最优路线,快速赶到目标设备执行任务。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the problems existing in route selection of intelligent inspection robot in substation, the route of intelligent inspection robot is improved. So that it can quickly find the optimal path and reach the target equipment to collect various information in the emergency state of the accident. Make use of the cable cover route in the existing substation or add a suitable route to enrich the route selection of intelligent inspection robot. When it is on standby in the robot room or receives instructions related to accident emergency treatment during the execution of command tasks, it can select the best route nearby and quickly rush to the target equipment to perform tasks.
