一起110 kV电缆绝缘屏蔽层灼伤的缺陷原因分析与改进措施

  • 摘要: 对一起110 kV电缆绝缘屏蔽层灼伤的缺陷情况进行了分析,通过对电缆本体抽样解剖检查,排除了由于潮气进入到金属护层中导致缓冲层烧蚀的可能性,再通过对柔性电缆终端的解剖检查,确认是由于柔性终端下部与电缆本体连接处护套开裂,使电缆金属护套内空腔与外部环境形成通道,致使电缆阻水带内的阻水粉吸潮、膨胀,逐步析出阻水带附着在绝缘外屏蔽表面。针对该现象,提出了排查在运相同类型柔性终端电缆线路运行情况、在设备选型中避免选择相类似结构的柔性终端的改进措施,可以获得显著的效果。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the defect of a burning of the insulation screen of 110 kV cable insulation is analyzed. Through the sampling and anatomical inspection of the cable body, the possibility of ablation of the buffer layer caused by moisture entering the metal protective layer is excluded. Then, through the anatomical inspection of the flexible cable terminal, it is confirmed that the sheath at the connection between the lower part of the flexible terminal and the cable body is cracked, Make the inner cavity of the cable metal sheath form a channel with the external environment, so that the water blocking powder in the cable water blocking belt absorbs moisture and expands, gradually precipitates, and the water blocking belt is attached to the external shielding surface of the insulation. In view of this phenomenon, the improvement measures of checking the operation of the same type of flexible terminal cable in operation and avoiding the selection of flexible terminal with similar structure in equipment selection are put forward, which can achieve remarkable results.
