Abstract: This paper discusses the safety management of power grid infrastructure construction site. Analyze the construction characteristics of power grid infrastructure. Introduce three weak links in safety management. Based on strengthening the safety management of infrastructure construction, making good preparations for safety management, and reasonably dividing the responsibility of safety management, this paper puts forward control measures. Improve the safety of infrastructure construction site and ensure the stable operation of power grid.
