绝缘绳耐压试验装置的研制

Development of a Voltage Withstand Test Device for Insulating Rope

  • 摘要: 针对当前绝缘绳耐压试验方式存在的不足,通过对废旧试验设备进行改造,因废旧球隙底座装有轮子方便移动,支架机械强度高,满足绝缘绳承重需求,利用“纺车”原理,设计并制作了一种绝缘绳耐压试验装置,大大缩减了绝缘绳耐压试验时间和人工,提高了该项工作的安全性和经济性,获得了良好实用价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the current voltage withstand test method of insulating rope, the waste test equipment is reformed. The waste ball gap base is equipped with wheels for easy movement. The support has high mechanical strength and meets the load-bearing requirements of insulating rope. Using the principle of"spinning wheel", a voltage withstand test device for insulating rope is designed and manufactured, which greatly reduces the time and labor of voltage withstand test for insulating rope, improves the safety and economy of this work, and obtains good practical value.
