Abstract: According to the problems existing in the classification of customer service work orders in distribution network, a fault repair work order archiving program is developed, which can quickly classify and classify sub items by associating several databases. The operation process is simple and can be completed in three steps. This program is written in Python language to realize the functions of uploading work order files, processing table information, classification summary and local saving of results. This system is convenient and fast, which is of great significance for the orderly development of future work.
