基于智能监测系统的变电站开关柜安全研究

Research on Substation Switchgear Security Based on Intelligent Monitoring System

  • 摘要: 变电站配网开关柜在长期运行过程中,内部绝缘系统的性能会不断恶化,且往往伴随着局部放电,严重的话会导致电力事故的发生。传统的开关柜运行状态监测技术存在局限,例如过于依赖人工经验以及单一的检测方法会造成漏检等问题,因此,文章从新的研究角度出发,融合新兴物联网、智能传感器等智能化技术,建立智能监测系统,用以对开关柜进行不停电状态的检修工作,从而保障变电站开关柜安全运行。此智能监测系统可智能感知开关柜运行状态,智能分析监测数据、智能诊断设备状态,实时掌握运行状态,及时发现缺陷问题,评估推送异常信息及检修策略建议,为运维人员制定检修策略提供数据支持,使其能及时有效发现故障,避免因局部放电引起的事故伤亡。

     

    Abstract: In the long-term operation of substation distribution network switchgear, the performance of internal insulation system will continue to deteriorate, and it is often accompanied by partial discharge, which will lead to power accidents if serious. The traditional monitoring technology of switch cabinet operation state has limitations. For example, over-reliance on manual experience and a single detection method will cause problems such as missed detection. Therefore, from a new research perspective, this paper integrates intelligent technologies such as emerging Internet of Things and intelligent sensors to establish an intelligent monitoring system for the maintenance of switch cabinet without power outage, so as to ensure the safe operation of substation switch cabinet. This intelligent monitoring system can intelligent-ly perceive the operation state of the switch cabinet, intelligently analyze the monitoring data and diagnose the state of the equipment, grasp the operation state in real time, discover the defect problems in time, evaluate the push abnormal information and the maintenance strategy suggestions. Therefore, the system can provide data support for the maintenance personnel to develop the maintenance strategy, so that it can find the fault in time and effectively, and avoid the accident casualties caused by partial discharge.
