直流滤波器保护信号误动风险分析及改造方案

  • 摘要: 通过分析±500 kV永仁换流站直流滤波器日常运行中或者直流滤波器因故退出运行时,因为运行人员误操作、检修人员执行安措不到位而导致直流滤波器两套保护均故障造成极控系统判断直流滤波器无保护运行,极控系统将发ESOF闭锁对应极,将导致永富直流输送能力减半,不但造成清洁能源浪费,同时还威胁电网安全稳定运行。针对存在的风险进行梳理分析,并提出改造措施,从根本上解决因系统误动、人为误操作等不可控的风险,优化系统判断逻辑,最大限度降低不可控因素导致保护误动的后果。
